We are licensed, highly-trained new home builders and who specialize in ICF (insulated concrete form) construction. Our key staff has a combined over 30 years of experience in the insulated concrete form industry and we have all satisfied the rigorous demands of the training courses from majority of the ICF manufacturers.

We specialize in tree main areas:

a. Assisting our valued clients in complete custom home construction – We turn ordinary house plans into highly crafted energy saving, strong and secure homes.

b. We also do only Insulated Concrete form jobs. If you are building your own ICF home we can help. We will do insulated concrete form portion, at the same time guaranteeing you a job that is more reasonable priced than as if you have done it yourself.

C. Additionally, we provide and sell home components that are hard to find, such as ICFs (Insulating Concrete Forms), SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), Radiant Floor Heat, Solar Water Heating, Photovoltaic Solar Cells, Ultra-Efficient HVAC, Icynene Foam Insulation, 94% Efficient Hot Water On Demand Heater, and more...

2. What do you do?

We help our valued clients choose the best option for their new home or building, in order to help them achieve their goals and realize their dreams. The process begins with an in-depth consultation in which our clients describe their goals and outline the things they would like to accomplish. We then present two to three of the best options available and allow our clients to choose the option that best fits their needs. Due to our experience we save you money every step of the way.

3. Why do you do what you do?

Mostly, we do it because of the pride that we leave a legacy behind us. The structures that we build have a potential of lasting for thousand years, giving occupants a comfortable and healthy place to live.

Further more, you would not believe how satisfying is to say to your children: “Your daddy build that…”.

We also believe that owning a beautiful energy efficient home is extremely important to Canadian families for many reasons.

Once we decide that we’ll be a good match, one of our experienced consultants will work with you to help you find the best option for your needs.

Once you’ve decided on a course of action, we diligently handle the process from beginning to end, keeping you completely updated along the way.

5. For whom have you done this?

The building consultants of ICFhome.ca have served over 200 families and businesses, helping with home building or renovating. We have built over 50 custom built homes in Southern Ontario all from Insulated Concrete Forms and most with radiant floor heating.

We have done numerous renovations, several farm and commercial projects with ICF, ranging in distance from Zagreb, Croatia to Calgary, Alberta.

6. What makes you different?

While there are some Builders in Southern Ontario that build with ICFs and install radiant floor heating, there is no one with this much experience.

Our principal, Harvey Yurich, has over 30 years hands-on home construction experience that ranges from bathroom and kitchen remodeling, through commercial building to new home building.

Each of our key staff has at least seven years of Insulated Concrete Form home custom building and are trained in various fields of home building and renovating.
